We offer 2 service times: Sundays at 9:00am and 10:30am. Kids Ministry environments (Birth-5 years & K-5th grade) meet during our 9:00 and 10:30 services.
At this time, we are allowing up to 125 people in our Worship Center. To ensure that we stay within the guidelines set by our state and local authorities, we need everyone who is planning to attend a service to register.
We are so excited to worship with you in-person! We currently offer two service times: Sundays at 9:00am and 10:30am. At this time, we are limited to the numbers of people that we can accommodate in each worship environment. In light of this, we can host 125 people in our Worship Center for the live service, and we will simultaneously be hosting up to 35 people in The Gathering Place to watch the service live on a large television.
To ensure that we stay within the guidelines set by our state and local authorities, we need everyone who is planning to attend a service to register. If you are planning to attend one of our services this coming Sunday please use the following link to let us know which service you plan to attend.
Once a service is full you will need to select a different service time and/or day. As we prepare and plan to re-open for in-person worship we have taken several steps to ensure a safe environment while also committing to comply with our local and state guidelines. Here are some of the changes you will see as you return to worship:
Signs have been placed around the building to guide you in practicing social distancing, and we will also work to prevent people from congregating in common areas within the building. If you would like to converse with someone on campus, then please do so once you have exited the building.
In adherence to the mask orders issued by Governor Polis and our local Jefferson County government, we are requiring masks to be worn indoors at all times. Disposable masks will be available if you don’t have one or forgot yours at home. Masks should be worn outdoors if you are unable to maintain social distancing with a non-household member.
All staff and volunteers will be checked-in and go through a wellness check before they can serve. We are doing this to make sure that no one who is serving at one of our services is running a fever or is showing symptoms of COVID. We want to keep you as safe as possible!
All outside doors and Worship Center doors will be open as you arrive, so you will be able to walk in without touching any door handles. No food or beverages will be served, but if you would like to bring your own coffee or water, then you are welcome to do so. Hand sanitizing stations will be setup around the building for your use.
Sermon notes, sanitized pens, and giving envelopes will be available for you to pick up at tables leading into the Worship Center and Gathering Place. Every other row in the Worship Center will be roped off with a ‘closed’ sign. Households should sit together, and 3 empty chairs should be left between each household group. Offering boxes will be located in the foyer at the end of each service so you can drop off your giving as you exit the building.
To ensure the health and safety of all our attenders we have also instituted new cleaning procedures. In addition to our normal preparation for a clean and sanitary building on Sunday mornings, all outside door handles will be cleaned during the service, and bathrooms, door handles and surfaces will be cleaned in-between services.
