Together, Ed and Sheryl serve as International Ministry Directors for Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa (MENA). In this role, they are responsible for supervising approximately 160 international workers spread out among 25 countries. Their main responsibilities are member care/crisis response, supervision, assisting in strategy development, and serving as liaison between the workers and the home office in Englewood, Colorado. From their base in Madrid, Spain, the Gudemans spend much of their time traveling throughout their region in order to encourage their workers and to remove obstacles to effective ministry.
