Straight Ahead Colorado was born 21 years ago to help change the lives of juvenile offenders. Each week, dozens of youth attend Bible Studies in juvenile detention centers in Colorado, led by trained volunteers. We also provide Special Programs through the year. Each Bible study team is assigned a Prayer Team. We match adult volunteers with youth to mentor. Also, Straight Ahead Colorado provides Camp Experiences for youth currently incarcerated in juvenile detention centers.
Spending time with these teenagers is the most important thing you can do. They may not know it yet, but they need the love of Christ. They come. They listen. They want a change in their lives.
