After over 32 years with Cadence International, Todd became COO of LightBridge International in 2020. Todd oversees Finances, Staff Development, Human Resources and Mission Teams. Todd grew up at Bear Valley Church and is the son of former pastor, Frank Tillapaugh.
LightBridge International is all about the orphan and the poor. Throughout Scripture, the orphan and the poor are the people God specifically speaks of and calls us to care for -- deliberately.
