David Snyder

Dave and his wife Rhonda have two grown children, live in Littleton, and have attended
BVC since 1990. Dave has served in multiple capacities at Bear Valley. He brought
Crown Ministries Financial Studies to BVC, has led in the men’s ministry, and served on
various committees. Additionally, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the
National Multi-Housing Council, Apartment Life Ministries, and the advisory workgroup
for Faith Driven Investors International. He and his wife established the Community
Growth Fund in 2019, a non-profit dedicated to the spiritual and educational
development of families in apartment communities across the US. They are also active
in the non-profit Found Rising (created by their son Ryan) to establish fresh water wells
and educational initiatives in Uganda, Africa. Outside of church, Dave is the Founder
and Chairman of the Board of Continental Realty Group, Ltd.
